I see myself as an awakener who gently guides you back to your path and your authentic self. My calling is to help people break free from unconsciously living conditioned lives and reconnect them with their true creative power, in turn helping them to live fulfilling and happy lives - experiencing their best possible world.
The tools I use for this are coaching and Reiki (energy healing) which complement each other and work together to dissolve the blocks that keep us from living our best possible lives. I also use Tarot to help connect clients to their higher self and see their life narrative with greater clarity, and use their inner wisdom as their guide. With my unique blend of intuitive coaching, Tarot and Reiki and positive psychology, I have had outstanding results and have made a real change in the quality of people's lives.

POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY
Positive Psychology is an emerging academic discipline which investigates paths towards psychological wellbeing. Its research has yielded a wealth of interventions proven to increase wellbeing and enable people to flourish. These often harness spiritual principles like compassion, gratitude and mindfulness. As such Positive Psychology is making spiritual wisdom accessible to a secular audience.
TAROT READING
Tarot is a rich alphabet of imagery which tells of archetypal energies that we can all intuitively understand. When we pose it questions and place the cards in a spread it can help us to unlock the answers buried inside ourselves.
Tarot is a terrific tool when used in conjunction with coaching. It can help you to connect with your inner wisdom so that you can make conscious choices. Used in this way it is not a fortune telling device, but rather a way to better understand yourself as well as the people and situations in your life.
ENERGY HEALING
We are all composed of energy.
Reiki is an alternative therapy which can cleanse the energy system of the human body allowing the universal life force energy – ki – to flow more freely.
In the yogic system there are seven main energy centres in the human body known as chakras. When these centres are open and healthy we experience good health physically mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We also experience ease in our relationships and life situations. However, when these energy centres are blocked or out of balance we can experience frustration in life, a lack of vitality and disease.
‘Negative’ life experiences can cause our chakras to become constricted. For example, receiving criticism in childhood for being too loud may cause you to close down the fifth chakra – the throat chakra – limiting your ability to speak up for yourself.
Traumas and fears can lead to long-term imbalances in the energy system which can manifest in problems such as insecurity, anger, stress or disease. So being able to directly tap into the information stored in the energy systems of our bodies and heal blocks and imbalances there is invaluable to health and wellbeing.
Healing energy blocks isn’t so much about 'getting better' but rather about letting go of what isn’t you (such as perceived expectation and judgment) and becoming more able to let the universal life force energy flow freely though you.
There is no one size fits all formula for wellbeing, therefore I offer a bespoke coaching service specific to your needs. This can be combined with energy healing to accelerate and amplify the benefits of coaching.

WORKPLACE
WELLBEING
Book regular reiki and coaching sessions at your workplace to relieve staff stress and increase productivity. All that is required is a meeting room and a chair where Ellen can treat a number of employees one after another. Treatments last 15-50 minutes as required, and can make a huge difference to staff wellbeing.
